specific expectations. During this session, we’ll establish your goals and design a
Custom Rendering Package tailored specifically to your business needs.

2. Project Submission

When you’re ready to start a new project, simply email us the essential details to ensure an accurate and high-quality result. Please include:

“Before” Photos: Clear shots of the current space.
Measurements: Rough dimensions, blueprints, sketches
Design Selections: Specific materials, finishes, and other elements you want featured.

3. Design Options & Refinement

To ensure your client finds the perfect look, our process includes:

Up to 3 Design Options: We can provide up to three different aesthetic directions or material layouts per project.
Revision Policy: Once a final rendering is selected, you are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions to fine-tune the details to perfection.

4. Production & Timeline

Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days. We understand that some projects move faster than others; if you have an urgent deadline, let us know and we can often accommodate a rush request depending on the current schedule.

5. Professional Deliverables

Once the design is finalized, Fox Den provides a comprehensive asset kit to help you close the sale:

Custom Sales Presentation: A polished presentation featuring the renderings, fully white-labeled with your company logo.
High-Resolution Images: Individual JPEG files of the renderings for your portfolio or social media.

6. Delivery & Invoicing

Your completed rendering package will be delivered directly to your email. To keep things simple and streamlined, an invoice will follow immediately upon the successful completion of the project.
