This project involved rebuilding a small exterior deck along with its stairs to improve both function and safety. Before construction began, we created a detailed 3D rendering to assist with the permitting process and to help the homeowner clearly visualize the final design.

The rendering allowed the homeowner to see the deck layout, stair placement, and overall proportions in relation to the home, providing confidence in the design before moving forward.
