Fox River collaborated with Eagle Exterior Contractors to produce a high-quality 3D landscape rendering for a backyard concrete renovation project. The rendering was created to help the homeowner clearly visualize the layout and flow of the updated outdoor space, as well as to support the permitting process with the city.

This design included:

• Removal of the existing patio and replacement with a new concrete surface
• Installation of new concrete steps to improve accessibility and functionality
• An additional set of concrete stairs leading to a future pool area, providing a vision for long-term use and backyard transformation

The 3D rendering offered a realistic view of material choices, elevation changes, and overall flow—making it easier for both the contractor and client to move forward with confidence.
