This upcoming project in Big Bend, WI, began when the homeowners reached out after a disappointing experience with a previous contractor. Left with poor-quality workmanship on their existing deck and exterior, they were in search of a team they could trust to do things right—and to help reimagine their home for the long term.

Our work will start with removing the existing deck and rebuilding it with a focus on structural integrity and timeless design. The home’s siding will also be refaced with a more durable, high-quality material, giving the exterior a fresh, inviting look that reflects the owners’ vision for a lasting family legacy.

The homeowners have expressed a desire to one day pass this home on to their daughter, so every design decision is being made with care, longevity, and beauty in mind. Nestled on a spacious, elevated lot surrounded by natural landscape, this home has incredible potential to become a truly special retreat.

To support the design process, we provided photo renderings showing various siding and decking options, helping the clients explore possibilities with clarity and confidence. The future plan also includes landscaping that will be thoughtfully designed to complement the architecture and surrounding land.
