INITIAL CALL

You will talk directly with a designer, and at this time, you will discuss project goals, timelines, and budgets. During this call, an on-site design consultation would be scheduled.

ON-SITE DESIGN CONSULTATION

This will entail meeting with a designer to discuss the goals for your project and any details or concerns. During this time, the designer will ask for any inspirational photos you may have and might also take measurements and photos of the room(s) if needed. This consultation should take roughly one hour.

PROPOSAL

After the on-site design consultation the designer will put together a proposal that includes an estimated amount of hours the project will take. Depending on the size of the project, there might also be a list of phases with estimated hours for each phase of the project. Specific details will also be noted in the proposal. (These estimates don’t include pricing of any materials used for the project)

AGREEMENT

If you as the client agree with the estimates and project proposal then you can sign the contract and we can begin to move forward with your project! If you have any concerns or questions about the proposal, the designer will happily meet and discuss with you.

DESIGN PROCESS

Once everything is finalized and the contract is signed, this is when the dreams start to come true!

The designer will put together a small proposal with 3D renderings that provide visualizations for color schemes, furniture selections, space planning, and materials. (possible material and furniture selections will be shown as well) The designer will be responsible for collecting any material samples that client may want to see before moving forward with ordering.

DESIGN APPROVAL

Once the client approves the proposal, the designer will move forward in ordering furniture and materials needed for the project. Depending on the depth of the project, ordering materials/furniture may have to be in stages.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The designer will be the project manager throughout the whole process. They will be your go to person for any concerns or questions that may surface during the project. This will include your designer working with different contractors and vendors to make sure everything is delivered and installed the proper way. This is when everything will start coming together to create your dream space(s). We want this to be stress free and a fun experience for the client!

FINAL WALK THROUGH

The final walk-through showcases a harmonious fusion of style, functionality, and comfort. Each space exudes the client’s vision and personality, a testament to our unwavering dedication and attention to detail. It’s a moment of pride and satisfaction as we invite our client to explore and experience their dreams brought to life.
